This is the Quest to remove PK points from you’re character.
There are no level limitations or class restrictions. Anyone may do
this Quest, this will remove anywhere from 1 to 20 PK points each time
the quest is completed.
It is relatively simple to do, the "Sin eater" you receive and
need to level, does so very quickly on my SPS level 73 I got my Sin
eater 10% with one mana bar. So as you can see it will take a maximum
of 1 hour to level. The ‘Sin eater’ you receive will be the exact same
level as you. So you must kill mobs within your range to level it
effectively.
You can start the quest at any "Black Judge" NPC, The easiest one I found to teleport to is the one in the wastelands.

There is one in Floran, and One just north a screen or two from Hardins Private academy.
You will be sent to Ivory Tower to talk to someone on 3rd floor called Joan.
Joan will send you to retrieve 3 Venom Sacs from the Trisalim spiders found in Sea of Spores.
After you get 3 sacs, go back to Ivory Tower, Joan will say the following dialogue then send you back to the Black Judge.
At the black judge you receive an item in your quest inventory.
You get sent to Giran Blacksmith Pushkin
He Tells you After you select ‘quest’ on his dialogue he will need certain ingredients;
• 1 Blacksmiths Frame
• 5 Steel
• 2 Adamantite nugget
• 10 Silver nuggets
• 10 Coke
Take the manacles back to Black Judge.
Congratulations You have your cute little Sin Eater
You must level the Sin eater like a pet, It eats Wolf food. Avoid
Mobs that use Area of effect skills as the little guy dies Very easily.
You must level the Sin Eater 1 entire level then return to the judge,
it will remove random amounts of PK points, Anything from 1 to 20 I
have heard. Once you turn in your per to remove some PK points, You can
receive another Pet immediately, the beauty is you can receive and
level as many as you desire.
